Sydney leads with integrity and earns trust through consistency, thoughtfulness, and grit in her role as a financial manager and investment analyst. She assists investment advisers in aligning financial strategies with client goals and provides investment research to support portfolio construction.

Sydney graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a B.S.B. in Finance and a minor in accounting. She joined the firm as an intern in 2023.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, cooking, and spending time at the lake.
